Chapter 5 Basic Ethics for Employees
Article 13 [Distinction between Public and Private Affairs] Clearly distinguish between public and private affairs, and refrain from using one's position for personal gain.
- Perform work impartially and impartially, excluding personal feelings and conflicts of interest.
- Always prioritize the company's interests when performing duties.
- Do not engage in any improper conduct, including receiving direct or indirect money, favors, conveniences, or entertainment from stakeholders.

Article 15 [Personal Benefits Related to Work] Do not engage in any improper acts for personal gain while performing your duties.
- Do not participate as a promoter of, or directly or indirectly acquire, shares in, for-profit organizations or business partners.
- Do not invest in, or engage in financial transactions with, business partners or organizations with a vested interest in the company.
Article 16 [Use of Company Assets] Do not use company assets for personal purposes.
- Use company assets sparingly as if they were your own, and do not allow them to be lost, misused, or stolen.
- Do not copy, install, use, transmit, or store illegal software, and do not use software purchased personally.
- Do not use company information, data, equipment, or facilities for external or personal purposes.
Article 17 [Prohibition of Dual Employment and Side Jobs] Do not engage in dual employment or activities that interfere with work.
- We will not engage in side jobs (including part-time jobs), engage in dual employment, or establish and operate a separate company.
- We will not provide intellectual property or business knowledge acquired through work to other companies, nor will we arbitrarily lend certifications to other companies.
- We will not provide maintenance or support services or sell the company's products or services for additional compensation.
Article 18 [Healthy Work Environment] We will strive to create a vibrant workplace based on smooth communication, mutual trust, and respect between superiors, subordinates, and colleagues.
- We will not engage in language or actions that contain social or cultural prejudice, such as sexual harassment or insults toward the disabled.
- We will respect each other, keep promises, and refrain from lying, making excuses, or engaging in other behavior.
- We will not engage in monetary transactions with other employees, and we will not offer gifts to superiors.
Article 19 [Respect for Intellectual Property Rights] We recognize the importance of intellectual property, including trade secrets, and respect the rights of others while simultaneously safeguarding and protecting our own rights.
- We strive to secure and maintain the company's intellectual property rights. Before providing the company's intellectual property to a third party, we must obtain prior permission or approval from the company.
- We collect information about competitors and customers through legal and fair means.
- We respect the intellectual property rights of third parties and refrain from intentionally infringing or misusing them, or otherwise engaging in any actions that may harm the company.
Article 20 [Political Activities] All executives and employees shall refrain from engaging in political activities as employees.
- Individual political freedom is guaranteed, and individuals may express their political views as individuals unrelated to the company. However, care must be taken to ensure that personal opinions are not misconstrued as representing the company's position.
- No political activities are permitted within the company, and the company's organization, personnel, or assets are not used for political purposes.
Article 21 [Environment and Safety] We strive for environmentally friendly business practices and comply with safety regulations.

Chapter 6: Obligations to Comply with the Code of Ethics and Disciplinary Actions
Article 22 [Obligations to Comply] All officers and employees must comply with the Code of Ethics, and executives and managers are responsible for ensuring that their employees comply with the Code of Ethics.
- In the event of a violation of the Code of Ethics, a thorough investigation into the cause and education will be conducted to prevent recurrence.

Article 23 [Disciplinary Action] All officers and employees must comply with the Code of Ethics. Violations will be dealt with in accordance with the "Personnel Committee Regulations" after deliberation.
Supplementary Provisions
Article 1 [Enforcement Date]
These regulations shall take effect on January 4, 2021.
