Purpose of the Reporting System
To foster a healthy corporate culture and establish fair trade practices with all stakeholders, the company accepts reports of unethical behavior by employees or improper receipt of benefits from outside sources.

Reporting Guidelines

• We accept reports of unfair business practices, corruption, and misconduct by executives and employees.
• The identity of the reporter is strictly protected, and reports must be submitted under their real name.
• Inaccurate defamation or content related to an individual's private life are not eligible for reporting and may be excluded from the complaint process.
• Reports are processed promptly and fairly, and the results will be individually communicated via phone or email.

Reportable Behaviors

• Acts that undermine fairness in business operations
  • In the course of transactions or business operations, acts that undermine fairness through discriminatory treatment, unfair instructions, etc., or acts that undermine the company's fairness. Acts that undermine trustworthiness
• Acts of accepting improper gifts or entertainment
  • Acts that undermine integrity by accepting gifts, entertainment, or other benefits from internal or external stakeholders or employees of other industries in connection with one's duties
• Acts that intentionally cause loss to the company
  • Acts that cause direct financial loss or potential risk to the company through improper means or intentions
• Acts of violation of laws and regulations and code of ethics
  • Unethical acts that violate relevant laws and regulations during transactions or work with the company, or that undermine sound ethical standards, such as sexual harassment or sexual assault in the workplace
• Acts of providing or receiving illicit benefits
  • Providing, requesting, or receiving financial or material benefits from a business partner for personal gain
• Unfair Conduct Abusing One's Position
  • Abuse of one's position or authority within the company to obtain undue benefits, or abuse one's authority, such as giving inappropriate instructions to others
